COMMUTE TIMES

Petaluma is 32.9 miles from San Francisco but don't let the short mileage fool you. Highway 101 going either southbound or northbound can be slow at anytime during the day or night. On average you can plan to arrive in SF around 52 minutes later. Santa Rosa is a short 17 miles north. The beach and coastline are about 20 miles and you are mere minutes from Sonoma wine country.

In Petaluma, the summers are long, warm, arid, and mostly clear and the winters are short, cold, wet, and partly cloudy. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 39°F to 83°F and is rarely below 30°F or above 93°F.

BIKE FRIENDLY
